Summary: We had to call a number to have someone check us in. It was 8:30 and all locked up. The room was so cold we had the heater on 90 most of the night. The beds were just awfull. But the room was clean.

Summary: Lights near bed not plugged in so they are useless. Door doesn't shut properly letting in lots of cold air. Tub/shower quite dingy.

Summary: Room was old but clean. Heater didn't work properly. Cold air was coming in from around the door where you could see through (needed weather striping).

Summary: The toilet didn’t flush properly and to get to my room and check in I had to call a number to have the attendant come. It was very cold and waiting was not nice. No clear direction to get to my room and when I asked about parking she wished me good luck
